Ice Giants and Ice warriors untill I hit about Lesser Demon Range. However I like to take a group trip to greaters once a year.

Fire elementals are good, rare change of getting spear or left half so, you never know... Lvl 35 combat so they're easy as pie to hit etc... Can stay there forever. Plus shadow warriors, but, I'm a noob and can't get in there. ( :( ) Thats P2P, for F2P i would recommend none other then deadly red spiders. Around the same lvl, easy to kill and if you're on karamja you can get fish easialy. Only down side is, no drops. Also ice warriors/giants. If you're a higher lvl then you could try lessers. But, my buddies are lvl 100+ and they train on shadow warriors so, I'd say they're the best. :P
