what monster would be the best to train on if ur lvl 89 and trying to get ur att str and def to 80

the lvl 50 giant spiders on lvl 3 of the security of stronghold is a pretty good afk spot

It was getting popular as I was leaving... but there were still some unfound gold mines of spiders

For the fastest XP, your best way would be Pest Control, if you can find a good world. I suggest you join a Pest Control group, or go to world 78 and look for the people saying "90+ Trade for new world!" They will give you the world in coins. (World 98 is 98 GP) They will probably give you the world since you are so close to level 90.

If you don't want to do that, Slayer would be a good way to train, but not the fastest XP.

Or I think this is good, but I've never tried.

do u know any better spots because i cant go in the stronghold i mostly fight werewolfs but they take alot of health

I would try pest control. If you can't find a good world or team, then I would train on dagganoths. There are lots of them, its multi combat, and they don't hit very high. Its smart to bring something with high range defence to fight them though, for example, a granite sheild. Hope that helps

Tzhaars are good because they can drop valuable items, I've earned about 2mill from fighting them in the past 2 weeks.

Pest control will get you levels pretty fast. Bandits are a little above you because you might not have Guthans and your defence is not high enough to train there for enough time for it to be efficient.

I've never actually tried giant spider training, although it looks good and I think you should try it.
