The statement is correct for me also.
Yet I haven't had it crash on me once since I've had it. Around 2 years. But I'll install Opera tonight (Was planning to a while ago someone will have to remind me lmao) and use this also, I have all main browsing utilities on my sytem, yet I have never tried Opera. So I'll install and come leave some feedback.
