it requires 70 defence and 50 agility...it looks like a little white clear in the combat adancments..its for members..Elf crystal!

o, thanks for making it more clear.

At the moment there is:
crystal shield (50 agil with 70 defence)
Crystal bow (70 range)

and I don't know how much better or worse it is.

When you first buy the shield it is better then a dragon square, but after 200 (or is it 100) damage it gets worse and worse, till it degenerates into a seed. And you have to pay for it to turn into a shield or bow again. 10/10 shield is better then drag square. Not sure about the rest, 2/10 is worse then addy kite though.

cristal shield is mainly for range defence
