Redesigning my house.

Well I personally think my house looks ugly. And I want someone else to heko me redesign it. It must include:

One of every room ,two for bedrooms (typically on 2nd floor), not including dungeons; Small dungeons are accepted as long as there is space.
2 floors.
No rooms leading outside into the "field" except for a main entrance to portal.
Picture and estimated cost.

Please use the RSB&B House designer for the picture. Thanks for your time :D

Well, I could give you the plan to my old house, it dosent have a dungeon, but it is a well-designed house. The only problem is that its designed on the RuneHQ house design program. If you still want it Ill post it here for you.

Well, this is basically how my house is set up with a few changes to match what you wanted. It is good for training prayer and construction. Yes, some of the doors face out to the field, but there's really no avoiding that.
