How To play runescape with FirefoX?

Ok.. I downloaded the Java plugins.. and installed it.. when I go to a world.. it shuts the browser off?? what's wrong?

Is your java configured for it only sun java works on firefox

Try loading it manually

if it dosen't work go into firefox options with this menu list

Tools>options

web features menu

Use Java check box to on

Use Javascript check box to on

if it still don't help download java again and use firefox browser
even if you did the first time.

I check the boxes...

I downloaded the java successful.. except when it try to go in certain worlds.. the whole browser closes(all firefox browser)

you must be having something fierce because i don't know what the problem is with it i never had that bad a problem. Time to talk to a higher up. I'll find a reply and get back to you.

Download the client from the extras link on the main website. Just open it from your desktop. Much easier than using the website.

um, man, sorry to say this, I want to play rs with firefox, if i use rs client, they have same history with IE and yahoo stuff, they will get recorded, but if I usefirefox, then no history will show on those... and it's faster

Yes two kinds of java work, Sun and MS java.

It is more likely an issue with FireFox I suggested reinstalling it.

Are you kidding.... In the entire time I have got, hmmm lets see, 0 virusses/adware/spyware/malware/trojans you name it. Every single scan I do says the same thing. Nothing.
With IE I got about one a week. And I know how to stop them too...
