i made a avitar that fits req but wont load

i have a picture thats 100x75 pixles and only 77.5 KB

was wondering why it wont show up

and when i did upload the img it ended up huge (like 40x the original size)

you don't use the codes. all you need is the URL, just copy the URL and post it into the avatar box. all that stuff that you is only for webpage creation.
