Training?

I am 75 comabt with full rune and where is the best place to train that is the fastest way also I am f2p

Yeah, go to the lessers through the secret door near where you fight the green dragon for "dragon slayer" quest

try to go moss giants it is a nice lvl and you get bones...+some items.

the spawn rate isnt long i takes about 15-20 sec for mossie to respawn

Red spiders are ok but they don't drop anything for ur lvl I would try lessers, because they drop rune meds from time to time.

red spiders are fast lvl up. They damage less but like Gamer said they drop nothing so thats the only bad thing.

Yeah but thats the key, if you want power lvl'ing with now items you go spiders. If you want a bit slower xp go lessers and they drop meds every so often

Try ice warriors or ice giants.
