Fastest way from 37 Farming to 40?

Well I worked on it for about 4 hours yesterday and I didn't even get to level 38 so I think i'm doing something wrong. What do you think the fastest way to 40 is?

Note: I was planting Ranaar Seeds, planting potatoes in two allotments and planting Limpwurt roots at the same time.

There's the problem.

You were planting potatoes.

Also, try to plant stuff in every crop you can teleport to.

Do Banana trees and Willow trees. Plant 1 in every patch then go do something else.
Come back the next day and there's a bunch of exp for you

yeh definately trees, plant your best wood tree in all the patches, plant your best fruit tree in all the patches then go plant seeds etc

I tried that

I planted a bunch of Ranaar seeds and I came back the next day and they were all dead.

Trees and fruit trees are the fastest XP. Pay the farmer to look after the trees though.

Plant trees thats how i got to lvl 67

Best farming exp is willow and oak trees.

Just so you know, oak tree seeds are called acorns.
