Things to add for RS

What do you guys think need to be added? I just wish they'd put more things in f2p because I've done practically everything for f2p. Now all I do is sit there and laugh at everything to keep myself from dying of boredom.

About what you want, I don't think Jagex should give F2p free stuff, and have P2p pay for it. F2p is basically a demo.

I want things to make/do/etc after level 99 that you would have to use a potion. Like a fish at 102 fishing.

More things to do at lvl 90+ in a skill, like, level 99 mage spells, and level 80+ trees etc.

Lol i remember when i got from f2p to p2p... I thought I knew a lot about RS but I was sooooooooooooooo wrong!

I think membership is totally worth it

I'm split on the issue.

I only subscribe for members a couple months at a time, then go back to F2p, so ofcourse I'd like some new F2p features.

But Jagex really is a business. Freeplay is supposed to be a demo. The whole point is to get bored, which will make you subscribe.

I've been over this a few times, but I'll note it again. Jagex goal is to make money...that may be by advertisements or subscribers...Jagex can make just as much on advertisements as they make on subscribers...and visa versa. The goal is to run it like a bank. You want a constant flow with at least a slight growth of new players. You also want a fairly stable number of subscribers. Now the subscribers to stay the same...many leave after they get board...thus Jagex needs to fill those voids. But Jagex could also have too many members. If they choose to make the game to propriatary they could easily lose their huge free to play base from whom they draw so much of their future members. Also, if Jagex doesn't have enough free to play members they can't sell as much advertisement space...and people won't buy anyway because their comercial is being seen by less people. So the goal is to have a balenced number of members and nonmembers (mind you that does not mean the same amount...just two relatively stable ammounts with slight growth in both).

With all that said...why do you care? Whether you know something is to be released the day before the release or two weeks before...you can't do anything about it anyway till it actually is released.

I think they should have better tactics against scammers, such as making it unable to trade in wilderness lvl 1 and 2. Stuff like that.

Jagex (Mod Burgess) says they have put up enough warning signs and players shouldn't be so stupid when near the wilderness.

Luring was just an example, I agree people should know better. But there are tons of stupid morons who still fall for lures.

But my point was that they should make it harder for people to scam.
Like: Make the item flash when you remove it from a trade screen.

The second trade window is supposed to stop you from getting scammed but people are in too much of a hurry to bother reading it. So just take your time when trading and everything should be alright.

JAGeX make more money from F2p (From the ads).

I think they should put the P2p fee up slightly, but then double the size of the current world. Exploring ftw.
