I just made a new character and want to get one skill really high for money making. I am thinking of training this skill straight to at least 80 (maybe 99 8) ) Which one do you think will be the easiest and make me the most money? Keep in mind I am a lvl 3 and plan on training this skill and then working on combat.

So far I am thinking of either doing woodcutting or fishing. What do you think?

Woodcutting, hands on.

Sell Normal, Willow, Yew, and Magic Logs, then give your main ( if member ) the Oak Logs and fletch for some experience.

wood cutting, no doubt about it. i sugest gettin your wood cutting to 30 on reg trees, then training you wc on willows untill lvl 80. then cut some yews to make the real money, as yews go for 300 per log.

Rune crafting is good..Only if you cut magics..The markets or yew right now aren't that great..

Ok, I have decided to either do woodcutting or runecrafting.

Any other comments on this?

if your going for pure ez, then woodcutting

but if u want the most profit then definately go mining.

lets break this down

1-15you mine copper/tin=no real significant profit but fast levels none the less

1-15 woodcut cut normal logs for a good 50-75 each fairly good profit, decent speed.

15-60 mining- mine iron 100 each or coal 150*ish* each
15-30 woodcut cut normal stil for 50-75 each, 30-60 cut willows for 30-40 each fast exp slower $$$

60-70mining- iron or coal still 100-150 each ish. 70-85 coal, mith or addy newhere from 150-1k each good cash. slower.. but good cash

60-85 woodcut- yews 250 each not bad cash, faster then mining but worse profit.

heres where mining owns
84*stout :)*+ mining- rune ores-10-13k each great profit... great profit.

60-75 -cut yews 250 each, 75+each cut magics *1k each*If ur a member* thats the only real place woodcut beats mining in cash.

but once you hit 84 mining u will be making a ton more cash mining, then u would be woodcutting..

so like i said if u want this for pure ez go for woodcut. if u want the best cash go for mining
