good luck, i usualy get bored of trying to get 99 woodcut and i just train my pker. some advice:

- cut willows, they are fastest expirience

-invite some friends to cut with you, it gets really really really boring if you cut alone, and it seems time passes much faster if u got friends there with you

-cut willows in drayorn, then bank them, it is faster then dropping them.

Woodcutting is probbaly the most hardest non-members, and non-combat skill, don't you think?

No, I'd say runecrafting, or crafting.
