They are and always have been heavy metal. They always will be. They invented that genre. Their newest album is probably their second best album, below seventh son. Amazing live.

My top 3 is Iron Maiden, Behemoth and Amon Amarth.

EDIT: Looking at your favourite list, lol at you even commenting on Maiden. Never mind in a negative way. None of the bands you like will EVER be as big as Maiden are.

For god's sake, calm down. It's amazing to see people get all worked up over a band. Get over it.

I don't know what my favourites are really. I like MCR though (hah, Nubish)
