Whereas Sony's (NYSE: SNE) Latest News about Sony PlayStation 3 appeals more to hard-core gamers willing to pay higher prices, the relatively economical Wii and the innovative remote gaming controller have helped it generate its own buzz.

That just made me laugh. In other words, it only appeals to fanboys.

This entire thing is ridiculous.

Oh my god. Getting sued by peoples own faults. Are they money hungry or are they mad that Nintendo is doing so well. I don't think Nintendo intended for people to let go of the Wiimotes, and the players shouldn't in the first place. If your going to let go of it, duck tape it or super glue the Wiimote to your hand. And if you don't do that, don't swing really hard and don't let go.

If you don't want the WiiMote to fly out of your hand while playing, DON'T PUT BUTTER OR OIL OR WAX OR WHATEVER ON YOUR FINGERS BEFORE PLAYING! Simple as that...

It literally makes no sence how it could fly out of your hand...

there are also new grips you can get on ebay for 3 bucks (us)

about what someone said about them losing millions: i highly doubt that. they sent out a letter saying to go to their retailer and get a new one for free. they lose 1million tops.
