Xbox live!

Yeah, anyone hooked up? I dunno if theres a difference between the 360 live and the xbox live but i mean the 360 one.

I'm gunna sign up for it somtime after boxing day (before new years hopefully) and wanted to know what i should expect, hows the best way to get started, any things i need to know/do.

Hows the community to? Load of stupid 13 year olds or is it an equal mix?

Oh and er i'm sure there's some system for friends..gamer tag or something? Yeah, leave me that so i can add you, the lucky people get to hear my voice.

Yeah i did, not waiting months for my wii to come through just cause Nintendo cba to ship them in Europe and want to send them to America instead, if they don't want my money i wont wait around to give them it.

I have Live. I haven't gone on it in like 2 months though.

The community on Halo 2 is like 18 year olds, maybe older, theres a lot of like youngs kids though too. Like 13 years olds o younger, which sucks.

Ya, and have you created a gamertag?

You need a stable internet connection or you will get a lot of "blue screens" the halo community calls it which is when it disconnects and you have to wait for the connection to stabalize

Hey, I used to have xbox live my membership expired. I won't renew it cuz i have sattelite internet (not recommended). It is cool. You have the marketplace and other cool stuff on the dashboard. And about playing the games online. It is awesome. If you have the 360 like me =) I would definetely get it on the 360 instead of the original xbox. Xbox live silver is basically xbox live gold without playing games. But you can go to the marketplace and download stuff. You can transfer your membership from the xbox to your xbox 360 if you had a membership. Enjoy!

Yeah i can hook the 360 right up to my modem right? I have that in my room anyway, shouldn't be a problem.
