Help us create a game for RSBandB!

A game similar to runescape but not similar enough to be copyright. Something like a medieval game, with leveling up, a selection of appearances, and all that stuff. This may be like a professional game, but something like where u can be an ogre, troll, human, dwarf, elf, hobbit, goblin, undead warrior. And you could put all sorts of monsters to fight. Since it's a game for RSBANDB, you should ask Shane for some ideas.

How about making a 2D arcade style of runescape? Like where the guy just walks left, right, or jump and attacks enemies. collecting bonuses they drop, your armor gets upgraded and each level you can select a new weapon-type to match your current armor ( like if you just got steel in a level, you can get a steel (or mith) weapon for the next level, or you just got blue mystic, you can get a fire battlestaff, items such as arrows and runes wouldent really matter, the type of attack you could do is what does matter ). The player could make a character, with either mage, range, or melee, then start the game off with the lowest armor type possible for them. As they play along, they can get higher and higher armors, like dragon and third age, mystic, barrows, ect. The game could be that each level is a type of quest of sorts, and you must go through it in order to get to the end and the reward. People that get higher up in the game could get their names posted on the site highscores list ting for the game, and the people really good at it could do some sort of tournament maybe.

but I would think a first-person game would be quite hard to code, script, mod, and actually get to work.
