So I open GIMP, it runs fine. I stop using it for a bit (while it's still open) and then I try to use it again, it comes up with a random error. So it closes. Every time I try to open it after that it nearly opens then comes up with an error! HELP!!!!.....

Thanks in advance...

~Samuel

P.S. Yes I've tried re-installing it and the same things happen....

Your GTK may be outdated. Try downloading the second one (if your Windows 98 use third)http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html

That happens to me occasionally, but I usually close it after I'm done anyway.
Also, when I try using Gaussian Blur on a certain sig it always crashes >.< it doesn't happen on anything else though..
