I will run through the member teles for you:
1. Camelot tele, 45 mage, 1 law 5 air
2. Ardy tele, 51 mage, 2 laws 2 waters, plague city quest required
3. Watchtower (yanille) tele, 58 mage, 2 laws 2 earths, watchtower needed
4. Trollheim tele, 61 mage, 2 laws 2 fires, eadgars ruse needed
5. ring of duelling (8 charges, crumbles when finished) --> castle wars or al khard duel arena
6. amulet of glory (4 charges, recharge in heros guild) --> karamja, draynor, edgeville or al kharid
7. Games necklace (8 charges, crumbles) ---> games room, burthorpe
8. New Ghosts shoy tele water stuff (havent done quest lol) --> morytania
9. Spirit trees, must have done tree gnome village, teles to treegnome stronghold, varrock forest, south of ardy, found at centre of treegnome village
10. gnome gilders, must have done grand tree, teles to al kharid, white wolf mt, grand tree...cant remeber all this lol

add grand tree as one of ur first quests. get 25 agil, (a mininmum req) and u can do it easy. it will give u 8k agil xp, which is very good for like 45 mins work

And I just finished Plague city yesterday..It made me SO mad..
And they (Jagex)call it a easy quest..lol..I think Fight Arena is way easier..
Ok..So my next goal is to do Grand Tree..
Also, where you get the game necklace?.

To get a game necklace:

1.Get a gold bar..
2.Get Necklace mould...
3.Get 1 cosmic and 1 water...
4.Get a sapphire...
5.Make sapphire necklace at the furance and...enchat? (duh)
