Need help! quick

i realy need help and quickly im having troubles loading runescape game when i click on
to load a world the screen goes grey (only the java bit where u see ur character and the chat bit) i would have a screenie but i cant get it to load up....
but can any1 help me please (btw im having trouble loading up sites i keep having to refresh the page) i realy need some1's help.

is the screen all grey?
then it means you need to REINSTALL java from http://www.java.com
Just do this and itll work

btw when i try downloading something the dl freezes !

Try to configure/disable your firewall while downloading; see if that makes a difference. If not contact your ISP or computer vendor.

Possibly it's your Firewall, hold ctrl down and click the world, if it doesn't work, then either you have a computer problem or it just doesn't work well with Java.

I get this all the time and know all about this. It is a form of lag mixed with bad java, do you get it right away or when you look at another window.

Either way, reinstall java from java.sun.com

It's when you minimize the window then when you bring it back up it has to refresh everything. So it turns gray. Your comps just really **** up probably so it would take a long time. Just never minimize RS and problem solved.

Wait..That always happen to me...or sometimes..
And I use sunjava.it turns white though..
