I dont hate jagex, but I think the rules are rather strict.

it is probally because you were clicking the same spot/area at exact same time period. It's because they assume you are because alot of people do. They have no evidence because they don't have proof. They are just pretty much saying...Hey this guy LOOKS like hes macroing...lets bann him for 7 days. Wow i hope he really was macroing, aww who cares anyways. Thats probally what they said. Yeah i had some pathedic bans to on previous accounts. i know how log they can go...very very low.

I'm sure that's Jagex's exact thoughts. In fact, they realize the best way to run a business is to ban and black mark as many random customers as possible. That way, they can ensure that customers stay with them for a life time.

The majority of people who post sob stories about being banned/reported/black marked/muted/perma-muted do not tell the whole story or are not even aware of the whole story. Why? Because half the time, they refused to read the wholes, so it honestly shocked them when they got in trouble for doing something that they thought was legal.

On the other hand, of course, there are going to be mistakes, and if this happened to you, I'm sorry. With something like rule 7, there's not much you can appeal. Most likely, your clicking patterns were accidentally, similar to those of an autoer... especially if you were alching and did nothing but click in the same spot on regular intervals. Jagex does not simply ban/black mark/mute when you are reported, each situation is investigated.

When doing monotonous behaviors, it's still good practice to talk in game and move your mouse and spin the screen or whatever else every so often just so that you don't have to worry about something like this happening.

For every 1 innocent person that gets in trouble, I'm sure thousands of autoers get banned. At this point, if you are innocent (or if you aren't), all you can do is appeal. Otherwise, you'll have to live with it and play more carefully in the future.

You avoid the censors to spew a profanity that may offend other players? How is this unjust? You directly break a rule that you didn't like and are upset with Jagex for punishing you for it? And if you were reported, then the player was offended by it.

The same thing applies to school or work. If you shout out a profanity, even if you don't agree with the rule, you still deservingly can get in trouble for it.

And please don't state the 'U GOTS TO BE THURTEEN TO PLAY' rule because that isn't even a rule. With parental consent, you can be 3 years old to play. And when parents consent, they are aware that Jagex will be enforcing rules to make the atmosphere acceptable (sadly, though, it is not due to people being selfish, rude, and ignorant).

Don't avoid the censor and you won't get black marks. You know what, that seems pretty fair to me.

I can say bad word in rs if i wish and that my choice. As you can see, lot of people actualy do it and you think you can change it ? ~Only noobs are reporting to pretend get offensed in game...You will see a High level reporting someone just because someone called him/her a Fa**** or something like that ? I dont think so...Only levels under 70 are reporting for things like that and i think its a Noob attitude...This is my opinion.

To quote what I said earlier "selfish, rude, and ignorant."

1) You agreed to follow the rules upon joining. One was to avoid offensive language. And yes, if you're going to be calling someone a "Fa****", then I'd say that's pretty offensive.

2) It is selfish to believe you can say whatever you want to whoever you want whereever you want (IRL or on RS). It's not only hurtful, but there's no need for profanity within a virtual world. If problems are that bad with another player, show maturity and add them to your ignore list. Or literally ignore them. Retaliating with language that can not only be heard by them, but by everybody in the chat, is un-necessary and abusive.

And then for you to generalize combat levels and noobity... well, I don't think I have to go much into this. Either way, it's the 'noob attitude' to actually, I don't know, get offended when you say something that's, possibly OFFENSIVE? As players of RuneScape, they can report the situation to Jagex, who will take the appropriate action to prevent the player from doing such actions to anyone else agian.

And even if the person who reported you wasn't actually offended, it doesn't matter, because someone else might have.

And it's not just 'being offended' that Jagex wants to prevent, but the profanity and filth that leads up to it.

Why do you think Jagex's censor is so messed up? Random things getting censored... because of people like you who enjoy evading the censor, forcing Jagex to constantly update their censor.

Jagex isn't any of those and they told you not say bad words in RS. You don't have to be a YOUR mom or dad (you may be someone else's mother or father that plays and want to protect your children from having to play with people who intentionally choose to flame and offend in game). And what does Jesus have to do with any of this? Either way, I don't know if your parents care if you flame and offend other players, but I'm sure that Jesus would. (not to get religious, just to respond to your inane argument)

ya, the customer support from jagex is pretty sucky, i got bannedfor breaking rule 2, 5 minutes after i got full dragon for the first time ever( i have never even thought about scamming anyone in my entire life).

i was soooo *****, i almost cursed them out on the appeal, but i thought that i would be no better than all the people i report, and luckily, i got off, and they unbanned me.

That... is... Way too extreme... I'm going to send Jagex a letter asking if they read there own rules... Then they might find out that is isn't against the rules to ask what country people live in :roll:

wow, that brings back NEOPETS memories... i remember copying and pasting a message to get a free paintbrush, then, i click a link and im perm banned

i quit after that, and found the best game on earth... then a hacked and they spammed my account with a website and hey! im perm muted w00t.

Yeh jegax is a little dumb, I had this lvl 87 pure warrior, if i still had him he would be lvl 126, my account was hack rob and scammed. I get my account back and I get banned permently, I mean comeon I even said I was hack and he scammed my friends, How do i know he scammed them because my friends were asking weres my 100k and surprise. Well there surprise was you got scammed and I got hack.... I want that character back.

P.S. Jegax is not dumb they just dont now anything.
