Goes to show you no matter who and where you are, you're not safe from shootings. Be nice to others, dammit thats an order. But seriously, be kind to others and these things shouldn't happen.

Interesting though

The guy with the gun was not Amish, he was some other random guy who had been having personal problems and was going to commit suicide. He decided this was the best way to commit suicide I guess, which doesn't make sense to me. Thats basically my understanding from the press confrence I saw.

I heard reports that the gunman "may have been motivated by an event that happened 20 years ago.." But they didn't say what it was :s

Perhaps an amish girl made fun of his T.V. as a child.

Anyways, it is sad how morons like that guy kill people, then kill themselves, i mean, why not just kill yourself and leave other people alone? Assuming his attempt would be successful, why would he care to kill them, since he could just end his existance and not have to screw up other peoples lives.

I guess some people like to cause suffering, and not even stick around to see it, what a waste of life. :cry:

I was told that he molested a child 20 years ago and he'd been having dreams about doing it again.

Still, I'm not sure how that motivated what he did =/

Hope he gets the death penalty when he's convicted. Revenge is sweet, but there's no need to kill for it.

I'm usually against the death penalty, but it's people like this who make me think; it's better for the world if they are gone..
