They permanently banned my account once, I said nothing, the other guy was insulting me, and it was even in the evidence.

I got perm muted for saying 1-800-7777777777, they said I was asking for personal details.

So fay I have about 5 unread complaints sent to them. They want to be idiots, and they don't do anything when you complain about it.
