RS skill based at all?

iin some aspects of pking there is no skill involved...

take pker accounts for example.

if you have 65 str and are only cb lvl 40, you better be owning other lvl 40's.

however, if you pk with a main account,then it takes skill.

all lvls are about the same, and someone who is lower can still win if they are faster and know what to do.

also, to get lvls quickly takes skill be cause you need to know how to do it and what to do.

but once you have lvl 60 str and 20 att and def there is less brain and more braun. like range pkers. they turn on rapid attack stlye and use addy arrows. of course they will own.

Can you explain the combat triangle to me?

a) Melee fighters are weak against Mage attacks but strong against Ranged attacks.

b) Mage fighters are weak against Ranged attacks but strong against Melee attacks.

c) Ranged fighters are weak against Melee attacks but strong against Mage attacks.

a meleeer can stil beat a mage if theyre a better pker. this explains that there is too skill involved in runescape, but you cant be a lvl 10 mage against a lvl 60 meleeer. it has to be within reason

The skilling side of RS is nothing more than mindless clicking, but the pking section is wildy different. In wars i spend more time spamming out names, trying to keep up with piles, tree-hugging and all manners of other things.

Organisation > Brute Force.

Yeah, wars tend to show the more creative and talented sides of people. I do enjoy watching a good fight with good leaders.
