I know y mages are feared now

wow mages are way to strong i was just sitting there killing choas druids when i guy my lvl loggs in and in less than a second he telly blocks me and does the zammy god spell over and over and over i lost full rune with a beserker helm d spear ring of wealth glory ammy and rune boots

Well these new prayers certainly did make a big difference. Mages are the most powerful in the wilderness not, or aleast thats what most everyone says.

You wear wearing rune which gives negative mage defence... don't like mages? Become one... Or wear dragon hide which gives good mage deffence. Mage is a fantasy and is supposed to be ownage. The downside to it is that its expensive. Theres Chaos Druids outside of the wildy to if you don't want to be PKed. Its fine the way it is >_<.

yes i agree mage is a good to have in wildy but melee and range can also be good if you are good at it with good gear...but melee can be expensive for gear so no one really wears their best stuff...so thats the problem

I have a mage account, and they aren't all powerful. Most of the time, for a mage pker, all it takes is some ranger/melee person in either full black, or full mystic with a splint top, and thier toast most of the time. I have also owned mages just with a dds spec. 4 dds specs then a whip can destroy a mage

No, he was killing Chaos Druids under Edgeville. As for mages...they are strong but also weak. Like someone had said, DDS Spec+Whip=owned mage

no there not...meleers u cant tell me a lv 115 meleer in full d hide and whip and dds walks up to a 115 barrager with his dds in full mystic or what ever and not get koed...iv done its super easy to take out mages iv koed so many barrages its not even funny

if he was just killing chaos druids, then why did he lose what seemed to be all his fighting gear, he must have been pking

its better to use the whip first because if they are full health they can just keep eating sharks and survive the dds spec's, however if u use whip first and get them to below half the health, they wouldnt stand a chance against the upcoming dds spec's you're about to unleash :twisted:

He was killing chaos druids, but he was wearing full gear like an idiot. Mages aren't overpowered if you know how to handle them. Next time when you kill druids, don't wear your full gear.

It's called PK'ing, no pain no gain. Anyways I feel sorry for what you lost and before you PK again, get some advice from veteran PK'er friends. Or next time, just take your best 3 items and avoid being skulled.
