Legend Cape Looks

its always looked like that i think its like tears through the cape to kinda like it being frayed if you look some of the team wildy capes do the same thing like the one you by at edgville(it not the armour showing through thats how its supposed to be).

I agree with Whitefire, although it's hard to distinguish which black lines you mean, such as the one outlining the cape, or the ones actually on the cape. But if they are the ones on the cape it's the wrinkles.
