Goal Bar Not Updating

For some reason, even after I log out, my two different runecrafting goal bars do not update. I have to go back to the goals and make a new one. Don't they usually update on their own?

They update on their own everynight. It would far too much stress on the server to have them updating constantly. Just wait for them to update, or go in and edit the signature.
