Lowest Level to get a Fire Cape.

Well..

0cto did it at about level 68.
Fancy--Fancy did it at 66.

Now?

I was getting ready to pk and my friend called me over to World 99 to see what he called, "The Craziest Thing EVER!", so I rushed over. Here's a screenshot.

is it possible to find somewhere where you can kill the monsters without being hit? he could have ranged them.. or maybe he Snared them A LOT while ranging from far?

I'm not exactly sure how he did it, but thats pretty impressive. I am lvl 110 and I am not even sure if I can kill it. I need to get some barrows equipement first.

That's indeed amazing.

There are safe spots there, but some of them range and mage. So you will always get hit.

Its not that hard if he has 70+ in range and mage. Ancients with addy arrows would get the job done quite fast. And if he uses pray pots and shark it could be quite easy..my pure is going to do it actually be4 lvl 70...

OR, maybe he used ancients and Karil crossbow with a wicked load of bolt racks, as well as saradomin brews and Tuna-sweetcorn potatoes.

It's not that hard...?
Have you ever been in there before? You're lucky if you make it out of there with only those stats. You don't hit all that often on any of the 360's or the 720. The cave actually involves TONS of strategy. It's not walking in there, hiding, praying and you're done. You have to switch prayers when needed, sometimes, trap two 180's behind a 360.
