Nutrition and exercise in your life?

I used to have a disorder too, still do. I won't say what it is either but I am in a special needs excerise program at school. (Physical Education Adapted) Also, being vegetarian can affect how healthy you are.

I don't exericse, I used to take this pill but what's the point, it's not gonna make me super healthy. I eat what I want because I dont like worrying about eating healthy and all that crap. Mainly though I only gain weight when I get taller because I mostly drink soda ALOT.

I... eat about 2750 Cals per day, run ALOT, and don't take vitamins.
I play football, soccer, and cross country for a team(not pro) and baseball with my friends.
I run a mile in about 5 minute and 10 seconds, at least.
so, from one to ten, I'd say I'm 8 on the healthy scale.
