Paying for becoming a member.

Okay, so I want to register one of my accounts as member. But I have no idea how to do it. Also, Runscapes facts and such don't really help. I want to register by cash and I just want to know how I'm eventually going to pay for this. I mean do I actually mail in the money as cash or do I send a check? If anyone can clarify this please help me out.

If this needs to be moved or whatever that is fine.

Note: I want to pay with cash or check. I don't have a credit card and don't want to use one.

I always use my card so i can't be much help.

I would say you should pay by check though, money has a habbit of going missing and getting spent.

You can't just do that with a check.

ya.paying by check is what I did. It's alot smarter to do so because like creepy said, sending money has a habit of going missing.*cough* (mail man mite take it. happened to my frend) :roll:

Hmm... I'm not old enough to owe a check book, much less credit card, and my parents dislike the idea of me getting serious over a game... At least you can be a member...

I mail in my money for membership..

All I do is get my mom to write a check to the people, I forget who they are. When you register you have to print out a page thing with info on it to put in the envelope, it tells you on there who you have to make it out to, the adress to send it to and everything.

You could just use your dads/mums card and pay them whatever it charges every month.

It'll be a lot easier.

If its avalible in your country, I'd use PayByPhone. Its simple and easy.

cost more tho, i use credit, i just give my mom $60 so that covers me for a year.

I know that isn't going to work. Trust me when I say this...under penalty of death will I ever ask my parents to use their card on something of mine.

Now I do have my own check book and a job this summer...so I'll do that. Bib User actually answered the question I wanted to know...thanks to all.

My parents have been paying by Credit Card for about 2 years now and I don't even have to pay them back. And PayByPhone is ALOT easier then mailing checks or cash but it costs about $2.50 more.

All I did to get membership was ask my parents if I could try it for one month. We used a credit card. At the end of the month it automatically took another 5 bucks, and I have been a member ever since then. You might want to try that technique.

If not, check is the best way. The only bad thing is you have to wait a few days for it to get mailed. With credit card you have membership within minutes.

I payed with cash. It can be really inconvinient because it takes forever.Even though I live 300 miles north of England.

Can't you just use PayByPhone and they take it out of your bank account?
