Check for viruses just in case, make sure you have no keyloggers?

That blows. Hope you can regain it.

As for passwords, try something that no one would guess, throw in some numbers, and another word.

For example, I once used (and I never used it on anything else, so try again :P) the password "guitar806chair"...by thinking of a word, a number, and the first object I saw in the room.

Very sorry to hear that RSbandB, Runescape, MSN, your IRC clan, and whatever else, was hacked. I bet you'll be more careful this time, if you're going to go on.

I'd say go to another secure computer and change all the passwords and etc. Then reformat the old one and start over

Do a system restore then do a scan of the whole computer for Viruses, Trojans and Spyware.
