For anyone who says monkey madness is hard, read this.
I have done monkey madness on 3 different accounts, and i now find it quite easy to do. I also spend alot of my time on the island, ever since the Ape Atol teleport came out from RFD.I have every greegree, including the large Ninja monkey.
If you have prayer potions and Energy Potions then the quest is rather easy.
Monkey Madness is pretty much the same difficulty
whatever combat level you are. Desert treasure is only difficult if your under 100 combat i'd say, i found the hardest bit of desert treasure was getting the items and all the sub quests. Atleast in desert treasure you don't have to get around an island as a human, if you take a wrong step you'll get sent to jail.. Monkey Madness
waaay harder. No doubt about it, if you compare the two in length and what you have to do.
I have to disagree. MM was more ANNOYING witht he fact you had to be a monkey and if you messed up you got sent back. It was annoying but NOT hard. It was simple trial by error type of quest. Easy to do just very annoying and boring.
DT was EXTREMLY hard - if anyone tried to do it WITHOUT a quest guide they will know it's the worst from the two. You didn't know what to expect, what to use, what worked what didn't.
Hell i went up that ice mountain and died - why? Because i didn't expect my stats to be lowered and my health to be removed like that, i couldn't even teleport.
I took the fire guy with my hands, eveyrone uses ice gloves now because the guides tell them to and they can use a weapon that way. Try doing it with your bare hands it's not easy.
Without quest guides it's the hardest one out there. With a quest guide it's a walk in the park..cause you're more than prepared.
