Personally, i like cooking and fishing about the same. same with smithing and mining. It is hard to choose. Overall i choose fishing.

fletching, its the highest skill i have, and about 8 levels away from being the same as my combat level (which is 90)

I said fishing. It's my highest non-combat skill and I pretty much fish all the time. I really like mining, smithing, and cooking equally, but I chose fishing because of how high my level was.
