People's who prayer is over 98.

It's not definate they'll be 126, but it's likely.

i saw someone on the highscores who was 98 prayer at 104 combat.. so just because they have 98 prayer doesn't mean they're gonna be 126

I'm pretty sure that he was making the point that prayer is usually the hardest to level, so if your prayer is 99 (he said OVER 98 btw), then you will most likely be 126...just like he said "It's not definite...but its likely".

Less than 139 of them, you have to have 99 in all melee stats, and 98 or higher prayer...

There are only 139 people with 98 or 99 prayer, but some of them as Brad said do not have all melee stats to 99.

excticly 75 people have 99 prayer
as of today
so that means there are 75 lev 126's out in runescape.

Not neccessarily... it has to be the same people who have 99 in all of them... for instance someone could have 99 attack but still be 100 combat. And anyways... you only need 98 prayer to be 126 combat
