I would spend it on skills such as fletching,rc and magic.

id buy 40k rune ess (1mil)
Craft 20k rune ess each into airs and minds (60k airs and 60k minds)
id then cast 60k earth strikes on various monsters. getting my magic up to lv 72.

Id still have 4 mil left....

So then i would buy 21k iron bars and smith them all. i would be lv 68

2 mil left
Buy 6500 mith bars and smelt them into 1300 mith platebodies.
sell at 4k each (5.2m)

Buy full zammy for 3m
(2m left)
buy 6500 more mith bars smelt 1300 more mith platebodies sell for 4k each for another 5.2m
spend money on armour, getting more skills.

complicated and would take a long time, but worth it

Skills: rune essences, wood, herblore stuff
