That was just my way of testing out how well i can shade using MS paint. XD
As i don't know any other decent program for this sorta thing. I can tell you for free, it's rather crap i only just managed to pull off the balloons.
Don't bother rating it, im awere it's pathetic just tell me how bloody amazing i am.
Edit: I thought i'd show you the proccess of me making this so here we go:
1) Basic idea and outline:

2) Scrap adding more detail for now lets just colour what we have so far so it isn't to overwelming:
Still not looking to bad, weee im doing pretty good for FIRST EVER try.
3) Finishing up the colouring and im semi happy with it, would probably change a few things later..still looks ok
4) After much editing - and i mean MUCH i had many diffrent things going but i restarted every time and just decided to add in the house background before anything else. Or it woudl become a pain later on.
Still not bad is it? Not really no.
5) Dead.
