rarest Drop ever?

I have never ever gotten a dragon drop, probably a rune chain or something like that...

rarest i ever got when i was on my pure was lvl 48 and get d med from fire giant :D coudnt wear it but i was chuffed (meaning happy)

Imposible, white knights never did and never do drop p hats or any kind of rares.
