It'd be interesting if using SS would make a difference rather then using what you were using before. Its just another client to play the game in.
I have been experiencing some lag lately. Not really internet connection but clicking and waiting a second before the game responds. Usually the only thing I will have open behind runescape is msn messenger, aim, and winamp. I never have problems with those all running and rs at the same time, but then again I have 1gb of ram so its no problem for my computer to handle that. I don't know what is causing my lag though.
