Jagex just says this because they want it to look like get stuff done. They ban alot of people who don't do anything, and leave the people who do bad things. And they probobly say they have ways of tracking it to scare people.

Turn off caps...

You can report everyone you see for macroing. It 'flags' the account, and if they keep it up, ban it.

Also, they check the "noob" account for "mains" and if they did find one, it was banned.

Don't auto. It gets you no where but banland.
