Going for 70 def, 75 str, Full Guthan, and Full Dharok's

Can't wait to train, but the only problem is that f2p is hard to train at cause there is no good exp there(only lesser's).

I need suggestions, should i be a member or should i train first then be a member :?:

f2p till lvling to to boring or you have seen it all then become a p2p or its just a waste of money
