my very first animation/first tech

well, I finally figured out how to do animation, so here is my first animation, and my first tech, all in one-

I did this in gimp. rate */10 and C&C are welcome

It's good for your first try...just the font looks kinda fuzzy

Word of advice when doing a font I usually put a 1pt stroke around it gives it a nice outline

I don't like the sig itself but the animation is good. The transition goes pretty quickly though.

Yeah it's a little fast and you didn't quite get all of the A's in the animation

about the A's, the blur looked really weird if i got the whole thing, cuz it blurred a chunk of the unused image :oops:

oh, and gratz on 300th post, bib!

about the font being blurry, i really cant tell. i got a new computer, and my moniter is a little screwed up.i dont really like that font, but it's the techiest i have, and im too lazy to download more (im also too lazy to hit "shift" usually

)

Well, I can't approve of the background because it looks just, kinda, plain. The animation is well enough, and it's a pretty good first shot. So I declare this a 7.5/10.

I agree with Cheif.Snake, the sig itself is..meh. The transitions are way to fast though. Not bad for first try though (mine ended in disaster :oops:

My first animation was just a fade in fade out...took me a lil while to get it down but it worked out ok
