My friends account :S

Today i have been talking to a friend who says that her brothers account has been deleted.Apparently someone came up to him in game and sais that in 2 minutes your account shall be banned.Unfortunately now he is unable to log back in.He had no recovery questions set. Their father has sent in an email in an attempt to find out how to regain his account.Is there a way if they have there member code?


I have sent that query into jagex and it tells you the story. I am trying to help them and thought you good people here could help. does this have a good chance of getting his account back even if all items are lost. Please help this is very important to her and her brother.

It's sad when people scare other's like that.

If they still have there ember number then they wil get the account back soon, sadly no doubt his items are going to be gone. Nothing can be done about it. Hope that clears things up:
