I'm guessing your talking about an avatar?

To do that, go up to "Profile" and scroll down to Avatar (On the very bottome of the page). You can use one of the ones that RSbandb provides or upload your own. Just make sure its the proper size if you upload your own.

you can also make your own avatar by making (or gettin) an 100 by 100 pixels picture and gettin imageshack to host your picture
