U should have to sign in to change ur sig...it would prevent a lot of ppl from gettin their sig skrewd w\

Yea it is a good idea. However we initially considered this when we had to make changes to the signature. There still would be nothing preventing people from changing people's sigs if all they had to do was login.

And also, if someone password protects Zezima's sig, we have no idea if that person is really Zezima (Zezima used as an example)

Yeah, people would make log-ins for other peoples rs names, the only way to really do it, would to be to team up with Jagex and use the same database of names/passwords to get your pass.

But I doubt that will happen.

Yes, there's really no way we can be sure that you are really the actual owner of that runescape account in order to create a signature for it.

We do however have a banning system put in place to ban IP's of people who decide they are too noobish to be able to have their own signature/edit any.
