rite i would like to no what to do i got banned for somethink i never done it was for jagex impression and scamming but i no it was dis other guy called inplanter he asked me if i wanted to be a jagex mod so i said yer because i was waitin for him to ask for my password so he kept on asking stuff like do u want free stuff and all sorts of questions finaly he asked for my password for i reported him then i had to go so i went off my account and the next day i come back to log on and it said you broke rules 11 and 5 i think it was and it said i was impersonating jagex staff why it was the other guy so he must of been using autos or sumthink so what should i do any ideas

I would try to help you but it's really hard to when a 7 line paragraph has not one period...

well you could obviously read it, and you obviously refused to help, so dont bother posting next time if your not going to help. This isnt a grammer lesson, this is not an essay he has to write for school. :roll:

Now, if you cant appeal a ban, then contact jagex, on the runescape website in the left menu near the top, it says "Comment on our service" and you can select different types of messages to send.. Try that. Other than that, i dunno what to suggest. usually jagex doesnt ban people that didnt do a thing wrong. So i dunno.

if u cant send in a ban appeal then you are not banned...if they wont answer send in a complaint explaining your situation

hes f2p though...they dont really care about our comments so even if he did send it in it would b a long time b4 he got it back.

The topic is not about whether f2p or p2p get better support. Nor is it how bad the support is.

He is asking for any advice on contacting jagex about his banned account. NOT anything you're going on about.

I've not spammed at all in this topic. All i did was inform you and axel 14 to stop your spamming because that's my job.

This isn't open to discussion so just take it on the chin and don't post again unless it's relevant to the topic at hand or I'll have to punish you.

just so ya know..it will take them about a month for jagex to reply to a f2per..without an automated response

i sent in a few complaints 2 weeks l8r it was an apology letter saying they couldnt even bother to read it

Use their customer support system to send them a message. Don't expact a quick reply becuase they never do.
