You did a great job of making it gloomy, but I think you should define the rain more. Use the dodge too to add sort of a droplet effect. Very good though.

I just found out all my sigs look way too dark for other people because my monitor automaticly gets brighter after some time... -.- so for me it must be like this:

But for you guys its like the old one.

Ah but the rain looks too regular, rain isnt like that, its random so it falls anywhere, not always in a straight diagonal direction.

nice man! 8/10 but i took 1 point away for the rain u kinda need to fiz that and 1 for the gloomy effect. i dont like the gloomy effect..
