BTW I bank them just because ya better to be safe then sorry (I've learned that in other ways playing runescape as well). Also, I think the account sharing is like putting a game on more then one computer in your house. Alot of people do it, but the company isn't going to know. Now I don't account share or use cheats. The reason is that I like to call my account mine...I take pride in what I can accomplish on my own...I've been like this for a longtime. I'd often hide games in different folders when I was littler so my brothers wouldn't play on them and "ruin them". But I"m not going to point fingers. It isn't like he is going to become number one in fletching (176 million so you got 162 million to go good luck). Plus I am pretty sure that alot of people use cheats...even on here...since I found out that key loggers are most often distributed through cheats and hacks I've breathed a little easier. I used to think they were sent just via common spyware or emailed to you from "friends". Regardless, I don't judge other peoples actions...I just don't want them coming to me crying when everything goes to hell on a rocket.

You got lucky congrats. I've adopted a policy of learning from my mistakes in runescape...many are applicable to real life. Might as well not make the same mistake twice. Life lesson here "Always put money and valuables in the bank. All money is insured up to 135k (fdic) and safty deposit boxes are the best way to protect your investments. Thieves can steal from you, but the government is alot bigger."

If you're so willing to share accounts then whats to say you're not as willing to break the other rules, such as macroing? Trying to obtain macro programs is a great way to get keylogged.

Don't tell me you've never swearn on runescape. What says you won't be a scammer tomorrow next day? I think faulty logic applies here...I don't think anyone has ever played runescape for a long time without breaking some rule somewhere. However, it does often result in consequences. And it is true that people of a given mind set often will go to greater lengths to obtain a given item or material through that means...legal or not.

I haven't, I actually have the intellect to come up with better words than swear words to express what I am trying to say. Swearing is caused by kids thinking its "cool" to swear or not having the iq level to think of a more appropiate word.

Besides your point is irrelevant, swearing does not affect the game whereas account sharing does. If he lets someone else on his account he can gain money or experience he would not normally gain, therefore he knocks people down the high scores and injects money into the economy that would not normally be there, this affects everyone.

I'm not the average hormone disturbed 14 yr old kid that seems to be the general view of runescapers.

Don't try flawed logic with me, it won't work.

I challenge any hacker about to come get my account. Lots of stuff on there.

Wont happen, cause there not hackers. Just some sad teen that prays on young children to get there pixal items. When you cut out the garbage it basicly comes down to stealing off a kid in the street like a common thug. Robbie can make such a claim because im sure he's smart enough not to fall for there cheap tricks, they pray on young kids to scared to try it out on anyone else.

Know how i know this? Cause one tried to keylogged me a few years ago, he didn't hack me cause im no idiot but i had a nice chat with him about it before blocking him forever and he basicly said he wont target anyone over 15 because they notice the file extension he sends you (over a messenger) ends in .exe pathetic really.

Besides if I get hacked, I wont get angry, I'll just see it as an opportunity and reason to be playing again and recover my stuff

First of all, please try and use the spell check option, it really does get difficult to read a post filled with spelling errors.

Now, back on topic, I agree with what other have said in this topic. There really aren't hackers in the game; just pixel hungry people and players foolish enough to use any program from anyone that claims it helps in RuneScape. From my knowledge of how RuneScape is programmed, it is quite difficult to hack into an account through RuneScape and would take a very experienced person to do so. There really is no excuse to get "hacked" by anyone. All there is is people trying to advance themselves in the game through short cuts and falling into traps that any honest player could avoid.

If you ever do get "hacked", it's your own fault; the only cause for the hacking would be a failed attempt at using some outside program or tool that results in other people gaining your account information. That really is all there is to it.
