Do the Lost City quest to be able to get to it. Go into the lumbridge swamps and you will find a little shack. If you have your dramen staff (obtained from lost city quest) weilded then you will be teleported into the city. You can also buy the dragon long from the shop down there.

use the locate command, if you cant find it, its near southern exit, but not to the east,

yeah but if you dont want to go to a lost city you can kill a dark wizz like me i have 54 cosmics from them and i killing them only 18minutes

im not a member so i do this to get a cosmics

an altar is a faster way to get a cosmics if you have a good rc
