Strange Barrows Message

I have gotten it before, but only with Guthan. Every once in a while I kill him as he is healing, he crouches over and I get the kill count. But I also get that same message.

i got it when i died at barrows, whenever you leave with a kill count of bros you get the message

what if it means that he will kill you wile your doing something elts?
