I was reading through a Dilbert collection the other day and came upon one that raised a somewhat interesting question, as shown in the poll. What'll it be for you?

I'd take the high pay, because knowing that the quality of my work doesn't matter and won't even be seen would have me crank out a token assignment at the beginning and then surf the web for the rest of the day.

Money because the only people that can tear up your work and not get in trouble are the people higher than you, and the people higher than you are the ones who take the blame when your business or whatever fails.

Appreciation is overrated :lol:

I'd like to have both. I would like a high salary but I would also like people to recognize me for my work and appreciate my work. Having to choose one I would probably choose the high salary one becuase it would make me able to appreciate my life a lot more. :)

High Salary. If the people youre doing the work for cant appreciate your efforts thats their problem. You shouldnt have to suffer for it.
