The rings are a drop from one of the three Daggonoth kings.

warrior ring +4 attack
beserker ring +4 strength
archer ring +4 range
seer ring +4 mage

all of them are drops from the dagganoth kings Prime Rex and Supreme. All the stats are atk bonuses
